How to Apply.



New students are admitted to the programs to commence in September or January.


However, some exceptions may be made throughout the year, dependent on available space.

PRIMARY ADMISSIONS (Young People's Community, Casa, and Elementary):

1. ATTEND AN OPEN HOUSE


Please start by scheduling an open house at one or more schools of interest. You will have the opportunity to hear about our programs and ask any questions you might have. We encourage you to ask questions about all academic levels in the school and learn about the opportunities available at all levels of the programs. At your school visit, you will be provided with an application form and other details related to submitting the application.


2. SUBMIT AN APPLICATION

Once your application is received and reviewed by the school, you will be added to our waitlist for admission, and will be invited to book a 15 minute observation and brief meeting with the school Principal.


3. OBSERVE IN A CLASSROOM


We invite you to quietly observe the children working and the flow of the classroom. After your observation you will have a 15 minute meeting with the Principal. We strongly recommend this step in the process as it will help to determine if there is a good match between your family and our school.


We begin our admissions process in the Fall for the following Fall with the aim of building relationships with prospective families and ensuring the best possible match between family and school. Relative place on the waitlist is not determined by date of application, so you can’t be either too early or too late. Re-enrolment for current families is prioritized and occurs during the month of January.  Offers of admission to new students will be made on a rolling basis starting December 1st for the following September.

 


3. SECURE YOUR CHILD’S PLACEMENT

Following an offer of admission, the following is required by the identified date in order to secure your child’s placement:

  • Non-refundable $1500 registration fee. (This is a one time fee and not required for re-enrolment).
  • Signed payment agreement with amounts determined by selected payment plan.
  • All required contact information and additional documentation.


PLEASE NOTE: New children admitted to the Casa programs must be out of diapers.

The School does not enrol students also attending another school half day.
