The Mildenhall School is seeking an extraordinary Casa Lead Guide to start January 2025. This is a permanent, full time position working with children from age 3 to 6.
We are seeking an individual who has a Bachelor’s degree as well as Casa certification from a recognized, accredited Montessori training institute (MACTE accreditation preference) in addition to a sound understanding of the Montessori philosophy and methodology.
This position requires strong organizational and team work skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to communicate positively and openly with parents.
The Guide will report directly to the Principal of the School.

Mildenhall Montessori Schools is seeking an extraordinary Middle School Teacher for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year at our Etobicoke location - 35 Ourland Ave. This is a permanent, full time position working with students aged 12 to 14 years old.
The Mildenhall School is accredited by the Canadian Council of Montessori Administrators and is listed with the Ontario Ministry of Education as an independent school. It currently provides an authentic Montessori education for children aged 18 months to 14 years old. It also provides an enriched experience in French, music, art and sports.
We are seeking an individual who holds a Bachelor’s degree in any field; OCT certification and/or Montessori certification from a recognized, accredited Montessori training institute (MACTE accreditation preference) is required. While familiarity with Montessori is preferred, we are invested in finding the best individual for the position and will provide training as necessary.
