I was born in Toronto and have always lived in Toronto.

WHAT HAVE YOU STUDIED? HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN A TEACHER?

I recently completed a Diploma in Human Resources Management from McMaster University. Previous to that I completed my MACTE accredited Early Childhood Montessori Teacher Certificate, and a Bachelors Degree in Classics from UofT. I have been teaching since 2011.

WHAT LANGUAGES DO YOU SPEAK?

I am fluent in English and Portuguese.

WHAT IS SOMETHING YOU ARE REALLY GOOD AT?

I am really good at cooking, baking and crafting.

WHAT DO YOU LIKE TO DO WHEN YOU AREN’T AT SCHOOL?

Outside of school I enjoy spending time with my husband and children, reading, knitting, and watching soccer.

WHAT IS SOMETHING NOT EVERYONE KNOWS ABOUT YOU?

If you knew me really well you would know that I used to sing in a choir in elementary and high school, and that Skittles are my guilty pleasure :)
